Reservations and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: When booking reservations, a credit card is required. Your reservation is not secure until we have your credit card information. A one-night non-refundable deposit is required for reservations more than 30 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. You may CANCEL your individual Cabin, Camp site, ATV, UTV, and/or Snowmobile Reservations 7 days prior without penalty. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if cancellation is less than 7 days you may be subject to 50 percent of the total reservation. A NO SHOW OR NO CALL WILL BE CHARGED THE ENTIRE RESERVATION TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
**If your reservation is for a certain time period, and you choose to leave early, you will be charged for the entire time period you originally reserved. ** By booking this reservation, you authorize Mt Meadow Store and Campground, LLC to charge the credit card provided to accrue funds for deposit, or lost in the event of a cancellation, based on the above schedule. Please notify us as soon as possible with changes to your reservation. ONLY CERTIFIED SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED IN MT. MEADOW BUILDINGS AND CABINS.

The reservation you have booked is not confirmed until you follow-up with a phone call with your credit card information. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The reservation will be cancelled after 7 days from when the reservation is placed if there is a no call/followup.
